Social WizardData Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete any personal data Social Wizard holds about you, such as comments you left on our Facebook Pages.
Option 1: Email a deletion request
- Send an email to support@social.qualitent.com with the subject line
Data Deletion Request. - Include your Facebook display name and, if possible, a link to the comment or Page where you interacted with us. This helps us find your data.
- We may ask for more details to confirm the request is yours. We never ask for your password.
- We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.
Option 2: Remove the app in Facebook settings
If you connected your Facebook account to Social Wizard, you can remove its access at any time:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and websites.
- Find Social Wizard and select Remove.
- To have your data deleted as well, send us a request using Option 1.
Facebook's menu names may change over time. If you can't find these options, use Option 1.
What gets deleted
- Copies of your comments and your public name and ID stored by Social Wizard.
- Any access tokens linked to your account.
- Our email correspondence with you, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Deleting data from Social Wizard does not delete content from Facebook itself. To remove a comment from Facebook, delete it there, or ask us to remove it from our Page as part of your request.
