These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Social Wizard ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Social Wizard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the service
Social Wizard is an internal tool used to publish content, review aggregated Page insights, and manage comments on Facebook Pages that its operator owns or administers. It is not offered to the public.
2. Authorized use
- Only administrators authorized by the operator may connect to or use Social Wizard.
- You may use Social Wizard only for Pages you are authorized to manage.
- You must keep your access credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Compliance with Meta policies
Social Wizard uses the Meta Platform. All use must comply with Meta's terms and policies, including:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Meta Developer Policies
- Meta Community Standards
- Facebook Pages, Groups and Events Policies
We may suspend any activity that would breach these terms or policies.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Social Wizard to:
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
- Send spam or artificially inflate engagement.
- Collect, scrape, or misuse personal data.
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Social Wizard, the Meta Platform, or any related systems.
5. Content
The Page operator is responsible for the content published through Social Wizard, and keeps all rights to that content. Comments from Facebook users belong to their authors and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Social Wizard, including its name, design, and software, is owned by its operator. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Social Wizard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Social Wizard at any time. Features that depend on the Meta Platform may change or stop working if Meta changes its services, APIs, or policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Social Wizard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of Social Wizard.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access to Social Wizard at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
